Leatherman’s History
Founded in Oregon in 1983 by Tim Leatherman, quality manufacturing and usability have been at the company’s core since their inception. During a trip to Europe with his wife, Tim realised he needed a pair of pliers after fixing too many leaky hotel faucets and ad hoc roadside repairs of their FIAT.
