Position: Fireplace Installer - Hetas Engineer - Full time

Oak & Ash Home is a reputable retail/installation company located in Leicestershire and we have an opening for a skilled fitter. We specialise in the installation of stone, and bespoke fireplaces. The majority of our work is on high profile projects and we are offering a high salary to the right person.

The following skills/experience are advantageous:

• Hetas Registered Engineer
• Experience in installing woodburners and gas fires
• Clean driving license
• Fluent English- written and spoken
• Right to work in UK
• Lifting of heavy goods & working at heights
• Supervision skills
• Multi-disciplined general building experience

You will be the head fitter on site, supervising one skilled labourer, and will be expected to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will be strong and fit, a good problem solver and take pride in the work. Experience of constructing metal studwork chimney breasts would be desirable but full training will be given if required.

This is a full time position, 5 days a week with overtime. We are based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, so living within easy commuting distance of Lutterworth is imperative. An attractive salary will be offered to the ideal candidate.

We specialise in the installation of stone, and bespoke balanced flue fireplaces. The majority of our work is on high profile projects and we are offering a high salary to the right person.

The following skills/experience are advantageous:

• Gas Safe Registered & CSCS certified
• Experience in installing balanced & conventional flue fires
• Clean driving license
• Fluent English- written and spoken
• Right to work in UK
• Lifting of heavy goods & working at heights
• Supervision skills
• Multi-disciplined general building experience
